I’m someone who’s always been drawn to movement — not just in the physical sense, but in how life shifts when you choose to step into the unfamiliar.

Over the past few years, I’ve travelled to 44 countries, mostly solo, while learning how small decisions can completely change the way you experience yourself and the world around you.

RoamBoldly grew out of that process — not as a concept I planned, but as something I noticed I was already living.

Today, I spend my time speaking, creating workshops, and sharing conversations around courage, connection, and intentional living.

Hi again.

The Journey

On the surface, life looked structured and full, but I started noticing a quiet sense of disconnection underneath it all. When everything slowed down during COVID, I finally had space to pay attention to what I had been pushing aside.

2021

I tried to resolve things through work, therapy, and staying busy, but clarity didn’t come from fixing, it came from slowing down. One long walk changed things for me. I remember asking myself the questions I had avoided for a long time, and deciding it was time to leave.

2022

I started traveling solo and experimenting with a more intentional way of living. It became less about where I was going, and more about how present I could be in unfamiliar places.

2023

While traveling and meeting people around the world, I started noticing how many conversations mirrored my own experience. That sense of quiet searching wasn’t just mine, it was something I kept hearing everywhere.

I began sharing RoamBoldly more publicly through speaking, workshops, and conversations, alongside recording guest appearances on 30+ podcasts exploring loneliness, connection, and how small actions can shift the way we experience life.

Alongside my writing and speaking, I also document these moments through photography — capturing the places, people, and small details that shape this work in real life.
